Please state why you think it was an error, so that it can be investigated properly. Make certain you can prove that your account was not used for nefarious purposes. A lot of accounts were blocked because of suspicious activity, including cheating the system and scamming. There is no guarantee your account will be unblocked. After you've emailed support, please be patient as this is the holiday season, and the staff are working hard to catch up. There is also no other formal process for reviewing accounts at this stage.
