Dailymotion are o regula noua impotriva celor care incearca sa spameze platforma sau urca continut de slaba calitate.
Asa ca in 24 de ore ai voie sa urci maxim96 video si durata totala a acestora sa nu depaseasca 120 minute.
Daca ati primit aceasta notificare va trebui sa asteptati 24 de ore pentru a putea urca din nou.
Eu am primit aceasta notificare astazi dupa ce am urcat 2 clipuri mici de 4 minute fiecare si al treilea de 1.59 minute. Asa ca am depasit cele 120 minute care imi sunt permise pe zi.

Hello,
Thank you for your message. There is a new measure imposed by Dailymotion to all the site's users : a user can only upload 96 videos per 24 hours and the total duration of all the videos uploaded in 24 hours must not exceed 2 hours of content on absolutely all of his Dailymotion accounts. If the account(s) get(s) suspended for exceeding the limit, the upload privileges will be reinstated within 24 hours.
Dailymotion imposed this new policy to all its users, both standard user and Partner. This happened because Dailymotion has the firm intention to improve the quality of the videos uploaded on the site. We all hope that in the end all this measures would lead us to a site where the quality of the videos outweighs their quantity, where every user may find real helpful information and the legal rights of all the parties involved are respected.
To reach all this goals the limit cannot be breached or increased. We invite you to upload you most qualitative videos instead of all your videos.
